Good to Know
Booking directly allows you to avoid the additional guest service fees typically charged by third party booking platforms, giving you access to our direct booking rates.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All reservations must be paid in full no later than 21 days before check in. If your reservation is made within 21 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Check in is available between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Detailed arrival, parking, and property access instructions will be provided before your stay. If you expect to arrive after 11:00 PM, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate your arrival effectively.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 30 days before check in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before check in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check in are nonrefundable.
Our standard maximum stay is 14 days. Requests exceeding 14 days may be considered depending on the residence, availability, and length of stay. Contact us directly to discuss longer stay options.
No. Pets are not permitted at any TheRealSuperHosts residence.
Yes. Secured garage parking is available at our metropolitan locations for $18 per day. Each residence has its own parking policies and procedures, which will be outlined in your check in details upon confirmation.
Yes. We can contact our outside vendors for select special occasion services, although vendor availability cannot be guaranteed. Guests are also welcome to bring in outside vendors upon request and approval. All vendors must follow the property guidelines provided in your check in guide. Personalized welcome touches are also available and may include flowers, custom bouquets, wine, and snacks. These services are arranged separately and are subject to an additional service fee.
